Hi, I have been trying to get pregnant now for nearly 4 years and then a fibroid (submusical) 12 mm was discovered in my womb. I got this removed in March this year. On day 21 my progestrone is in around 30 and Estrogene 1090. I have a 28 day cycle. I am on Femara day 3 - 6 tablets. I had a scan on day 16 this month but the doctor said she could not see any domiant follicles and wants me to go for scans for tracking on day 13, 15, and 17 next month. Does this sound like I am not ovulating. Last Monday was day 14 and I took a OPK which was positive and had alot of cramps to my right side on Tuesday which I thought I must be ovulating and then on the Wednesday afternoon I got the scan.
