General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Having one ovary does not affect the chances of conception. Your hormonal imbalances, genetic issues, addictions(alcohol, smoking, etc), PID, overweight / underweight, lack of sleep, STD may reduce the chances of your being pregnant. You are suggested to get a complete medical check up done by a OBGYN and get infertility treatment done if required. Stay away from stress, do regular exercises and maintain healthy lifestyle.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
