Hallow Dear,

Duphaston is dydrogesterone which is a progesterone preparation. However, this is a Retroprogestational medicine and hence does not inhibit egg release. Hence, consumption of double dose of Duphaston should not cause any problem in your pregnancy.

Moreover, being a Progestational medicine, it helps stabilizing the pregnancy. For any artificial reproductory technique (ART), support by progestational medicines is always good. Hence, you need not be so much concerned about Duphaston you have taken.

Now just wait to observe whether you miss your period; if you miss, go for pregnancy test on the urine to confirm the diagnosis of pregnancy.

I hope this helps you.
