Does The Intake Of Yaz Cause Pain In The Legs?

I was on Yaz for about two years, when I decided that Depo might work better. I started taking Depo-Provera in the summer, and after taking three shots, found out that instead of stopping my menstrual cycle, it sorta made it a constant thing. I stopped taking the Depo, and after asking my pharmacist, went back to using Yaz. Starting the pill again was fine, but the past few days, I've been experiencing growing-pain like aches in my legs. I've had these all my life, but after reading about blood clots in Yaz, I'm a little worried. Should I be worried, or is it okay to continue the pill since it was fine before, and these aches have been around before?
