Hello and welcome to HCM, Sharp pain in breast, throbbing pain in vaginal area, loos of appetite are not suggestive of pregnancy. In case you suspect pregnancy, urine pregnancy test should be done. Tiredness and loss of appetite could be due to infection possibly reproductive tract infection. Whether the infection is due to STD or not can be proven after assessment of clinical features and investigations. STDs are characterized by one or more of the following features: 1. Ulcer- painless or painful 2. Rash 3. Vesicles 4. Lymph node enlargement 5. Discharge
If you suspect Chlamydia infection, tou can take up serological tests for Chlamydia infection.
