Does Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Cramp Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello doctor. I am 24 and my girlfriend is 22. We both r still virgins. My girlfriend got the periods on 20th of july and ended on 24th. On 27th we both got intimate and tried to have sex but could not penetrate her. We tried for 15mins. I did not wear a condom. Later i was very worried that my precum would make her pregnant so she took an ipill on 28th july. Now today on 2nd aug she has started bleeding and has some pain in her stomach. Please help me. Is she pregnant? Or is it because of the ipill. Will she be alright. I really love her a lot and promise such thing will never happen again. Please help. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sperms can be present in pre-cum also so it is possible to conceive with pre-cum also.
If your partner is having regular 28 day cycle, the periods should begin somewhere near 20th August.
However, the periods have begun on 2nd August.
This bleeding is unlikely to be due to onset of periods.
In case conception has taken place, the emergency pill can dislodge the fertilized ovum and cause bleeding.
If the bleeding is troublesome and uncontrollable, you may consult a gynecologist.
Complete evacuation has to be ensured after emergency contraception.
An ultrasound abdomen may be required thus consult your gynecologist for further assessment.
