Yesterday I slipped in my house and was not able to catch myself, so I toppled over like a twig would in the wind, slamming my entire body and my head. It knocked the wind out of me and hurt a little in the moment. But I got up, felt fine, and went to bed. I woke up today and my entire upper body hurts. My neck, my ribs, my shoulders, and even my wrist (which I didn't land on). Can this all just be caused by my really, really hard fall, and my body just needs a few days to recover?
