Feels Dizzy, Tightness At Back Of Head, Headache, Nausea. Pregnancy Test Negative. Should I See Doctor?

I am 27 y/o, 5 6 , 270lbs. I have been in clomid Since Aug. Here recently I have been feeling dizzy, tightness in the back of my head, bloating/full feeling 24/7 even when I do not eat, headaches , nausea at different times through out the day, and I had a 3 period 12 days later had a 5 day period (and 3 neg. preg tests.) Help me with any advice. Yes, I will be seeing my doctor next week.
