I am on Remicade treatment for chron s and this the fourth infusion by now. I have had a surgery colon and rectum removed few years ago with reversal, with multiple complication, infection, trombosis, etc.and last procedure my small intestine did not look good too.

I have developed more than a month ago l lateral lesion with white creamy substance and sometime together, white stuff on all my tongue. During the day may clear with white dots .

I was on antibiotic for more than one month but did not work out. My Gastroenterologist and primary care send me to a specialist to take a deeper look into it. I will see the specialist this Friday coming. Just concerning about the resistance of the antibiotic and wondering now if is a remicade coincidence.
