Good Evening. On May 2, I Went To The ER

Good evening. On May 2, I went to the ER and had heart palpitations. They said I have PVCs which is benign and not to worry about them. I was a heavy guy then and weighed 325lbs at 6’0 tall 46yo. Since then that was my wake up call to get in shape. So I joined a gym and I’ve lost 40lbs.

I work for an airline at the check in counter. Around the 3rd week of May while working out, there were times when at work, I would have a hard time maintaining my balance by moving my head in certain ways such as tagging a passengers bag and preparing their boarding passes at the desk. I also noticed too when eating a bowl of cereal, I have a hard time maintaining my balance. I noticed they would get worse and worse. And at one time, I got to the point where I couldn’t really stand up in my own 2 feet.

So another trip back to the ER and they first did a CT scan of my brain. They found an arachnoid cyst which I’ve known I had since 2017. I also had an MRI done and on this report it says; ** Mild ependymitis granularis, otherwise brain parenchyma signal intensity is normal.**

What is ependymitis granularis? Is it something I should be worried about? It also said; **Arachnoid cyst along the right anterior parasagittal cerebral convexity with mild mass effect upon the right frontal lobe.**

Does the ependymitis granularis have anything to do with the mass effect? Or is it totally something different?

Thanks
