Got Drunk And Blacked Out. Left Thigh Is Numb. No Pain. Should I Worry?

hi i got really drunk on friday night and ended up blacking out for the first time in my life. it is monday night now and the front of my left thigh has been dumb since i woke up saturday morning. i didnt even notice my leg was numb until i touched it and it doesnt hurt and i can walk fine and everything. do you know what the deal is or if i should be worried?

Hello,

touch and pain sensations are carried by the nerves in the body.
If anything is wrong with that then the involvement of the nerves is strongly suspected.
Alcoholic are prone to develop Peripheral neuropathy.
But the sudden onset may be due to entrapment neuropathy due to malposition due to heavy drinking.
In that case it should be ok within a day or two.
If not consult your doctor for help.
