Had Knee Replacement Due To Osteoporosis. UTIs Due To Cystocele Repair Surgery. Can I Take Ultram With Lortab?

Thank you, I am 47 yrs old and 124 lbs. I have alot of medical issues but do not let them detour my daily activities. However, today is worse than most. I have Osteoporosis, Two bad knees that need to be replaced eventually. Uti's due to a bad cystocyle repair (Or possible just the mesh) and a few others. My question is may I take my Ultram it has been one and a half hours since I took my Dr, Prescribed Lortab 10/325. All are prescribed. Thank yougrda

Hello Madam,
You are 47/F, suffering from urinary tract infection and you think it is due to the bad cystocele repair. I presume that both your knees are replaced due to Osteoporosis. You are able to manage your routine work. OK.
I think your present problem is a UTI and Pain.
UTI has to be handled with proper antibiotic by doing a urine Culture and Sensitivity.
+ Plenty of water + urine alkalizer + mild diuretic (if needed)
Regarding the two tabs you have mentioned are only Analgesic and Second one has Narcotic effect also.
As you are able to do your routine work, Correcting the UTI + continuing the tabs when ever indicated + correcting BP or Sugar If you have, everything will be fine
With warm personal regards
