I m a 33 yr old fm that have RA and is taking methotrexate. Is it safe to have oral sex while taking methotrexate?

Methotrexate is first line drug used commonly in this disease.
it shows good result.it must be used with medical guidance,
as all drugs have side effects,it is also has the same nature.
it does not have any effect on oral sex as you want to clear.i
