sir, i ve secondary infertility problem. doctors says i ve unicornuate uterus, other than IVF what treatment i would go for to get conceive since we are financially weak to effort Ivf. i have well developed right horn and rudimentary left horn(non communicating), right tube normal.

im 28 yrs, height 5 ft. weight 48. ealier i conceive twice but due to spinal disc operation i had to get abortion consecutively in Aug 2008 and Dec 2009.
