Hello (22 yr old, female)

I recently got an abdominal ultrasound and the results were as follow: "Horseshoe Kidney noted, Left mild pelviectasis." The doctor told me to not worry about and that they will just monitor it and I will receive another ultrasound in 3 months. She did not mention if there was any obstruction or anything, all she said to not worry about it.
Despite that, I am feeling worried because I do not know as to why I got this. Should I just not worry about it or keep pushing for more tests, or look for a specialist.
