Hello Doctor's,
I'm 32years old INDIAN (S) male with 6.2Ft/188CM in height and 70Kgs in weight and BMI is 20. And, I'm in this posture from 5-6years. I don't smoke/drink.
I'm a non-veggi, and I'm food lover and as well as consistent and conscious eater too. And, I don't have habit of exercising. And, may be due to high intake of all kinds of food and with my professional working profile, I've gained belly which is the only part in me with good weight and rest all my body looks thin/lean or exactly to mention "I'm LANKY GUY" and being bit honest some what LAZY too. And, I feel my bone weight is more than the body weight.
Now, coming to point i.e. I want to build a muscle and body. As per above mentioned, I've decided and planning to use some WHEY PROTEINS with planned and systemised DIET and WORK-OUT but please note I don't want to continue or keep in taking for years. I'm seriously interested to build muscle, physique and like to put in decent/healthy weight.
So, kindly advice me....
What brand WHEY Protein to be taken?
How and When it can be taken with what kind of diet, exercise etc?
How long period it can be taken?
As, I'm a working professional I can manage 1-2 Hrs for weight/muscle gaining schedule basing in your advice & suggestions.
