Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Dr. Rynne, My name is Lois. In 2016 I was diagnosed with lung cancer and the upper left lobe was removed with no further need of anything. I was working until all this was found and the surgery done. I walked into the hospital, had the surgery and did well post op. I had to have O2 when I went home (did not need O2 when I was admitted). The surgery exacerbated my emphysema is what I am told, because it is two years later and I still need the O2 and I have increased symptoms of COPD. Is this unusual?
