Last week on Saturday 4th, had a protected sex with sex worker at a massage parlour here in Australia, initially never thought to have a vaginal intercourse with protection, but she attracted and pulled me to do, so had a intercourse with condom and ejaculation has happened inside the condom when it was inside her vagina. As per my observation, condom was not broken, clearly noticed that inside tip of my condom, my semen was there without any leakage after the ejaculation, but i just noticed the tip not all around the condom, which is making me think crazy and feared like a hell, then she removed it with a tissue and disposed it. Then we had another condom and she gave me oral may for 5 secs and then I refused, because of fear as my purpose of visit was different.

After this I have asked her to confim that she is not HIV+, she said, they do test regularly so you don't need to worry and she said am safe.

But I had a irritation on my penis, before went to wash myself.

Immediately I washed with the soap liquid in that place and rushed to home, had a hot shower cleaned my genitals and thoroughly searched for any cuts and found nothing.

Later cleaned my public area with betadine 2-3 times, and with normal soap to end up.

After all these am still feared off like a hell, going through a bad phase since saturday night, is there a chance of getting STI, because I just made sure before she removed my condom it was not broken as the semen was settled in the tip without any leakage, tip was loaded but I haven't touched it to verify.

Moment after this fear has driving me crazy, searching all over internet, feeling so guilt now as I have a wife and kid. I have a done a biggest mistake in my life, now what shall I do ?

I have went to clinic and they suggested to come back on 20th August for urine routine, later 3 months after for blood samples.

I love my family and they mean a lot despite being lonely this has just happened and then all my low life has started to take toll, because I checked the tip of my condom visually (tip was firm) but physically haven't examined to see the leakage and also have the fear that it might have got broken on the other side of the condom
