What Should I Do If Blood Pressure Is Still Not Controlled Despite Taking Multiple Medications, And Considering His CKD And Heart Issues?

Hello Dr my father is 86 year old he is taking BP tablets Morning Cilacar 10 mg ,concor 2.5 mg, Minipress 5 Mg,arkamin 100 mcg and afternoon arkamin 200 mcg and night cilacar 20 mg,Minipress 5 Mg , arkamin 100 mcg but his bp not controlled Dr. And also we are Keep on changing the medicine still not controlled. He is CKD patient his creatine is 1.60 and his heart function is also 55 and irregular heartbeat. Most of the Dr. Said it is age related problem other wise he is ok and he is physically very fit and he is doing regular his work Only concern his Pb towards evening time upper side 170 to 180 is going lower side 70 to 90 other times 160 to 170 morning time 130 to 150 please advise dr what should I do I have to change the medicine again or increase the dosage and the above all medicine is for CKD patient it should not increase creatine in future
