Hello, I Am 28, Female, Decently Active, And I Am

Hello, I am 28, female, decently active, and I am having some issues where I get really sick the week after my period. Nausea, mental slowness, sore muscles, over all achy-ness, and I genuinely don't feel like my self. There is a history of hormone related issues in my family, so I am concerned that something similar is popping up in me. This has been a consistent issue over the past year. My periods prior to that were exceptionally easy, but are consistently getting harder as time has gone on. My question, is what medical office do I need to speak to first to eventually find a solution? Or is there any advice that you can offer for the steps that I need to take.
