Hello, I am a 21 year old female and have been experiencing much discomfort around my genital area (extreme itching and more recently pain). I have visited my dermatologist and after examination she diagnosed my condition as eczema. I never knew that this could occur in such a sensitive area. She prescribed Advantan cream and suggested that it be used together with an aqueous cream. I am a bit concern about using Advantan in such a sensitive area, will it help me and can it cause further damage to that area. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
