I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and since he came first..he fingered me after to help me reach my climax. In the process..I felt a sharp pain when he was vigorously inserting his fingers in and out. I think he might have caused a tear or a cut in my vagina. It didn't hurt after that but 2days later...I've got 3 painful sores: located at the clit/outer vagina lip and at the base of the opening. Its painful when the urine goes over it. Sores have a yellow filling indicating pus and defined outer edges. I never had this before when I've had sex. This is the only time..the fingering process went wrong. Did the sores develop cause the cut got infected? Or could the sores surface because his semen got into my cut passing an STD? My bf told me that he's been tested and has no STDS. I'm rily worried cause I've only had 4 sex partners in the last 27years of my life. 3 were a one night stand..and then I got a steady bf now..been seeing him for the past 3-4months. Please help..I am going to see my doctor as well but your advice would be really helpful.
