What Causes Dry Cough, Shortness Of Breath, Chest Discomfort, And Hoarseness For 3 Months While On Steroid Inhaler And Lansoprazole?

Hi, I have a dry cough, day time only (3 months now), periods of shortness of breath when doing menial tasks, horse like voice that comes and goes, discomfort from centre of chest upwards and when really bad across to shoulders and generally feeling lousy, poor appetite, but no reflux. Currently on steroid inhaler and lansoprazole, CT scan of chest clear but earlier x-ray show s Bronchovascular Markings , just awaiting Spirometer tests. regards
