What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes, Fatigue, And Weight Loss?

Hi, I have seen my primary about this issue 3 visits and a ENT surgical oncologist. I have had a swollen lymph node under my arm for 18 weeks and two on my neck (behind my ear and back of my neck) for 12 weeks. I have been severely fatigued, severe itchy arms, unexpected weight loss (around 12 lbs now), and loss of appetite. I have had lab work done for possibly bacterial infections, all coming back negative. My ultrasounds were inconclusive as well. My primary put me on Clindamycin for 7 days to see if there is any bacterial infection we missed and to see if they shrink. Instead of them shrinking, they have grown instead, especially the left axillary lymph node. I feel like something is very wrong. Past medical information and diagnosis’s: EBV (past) CMV (past) Celiac Disease
