Hi me and my boyfriend were sexually active and having sex last night for about three hours. Today I woke up and a couple hours in i started to feel extremely uncomfortable around my vaginal. Now we used 2 condoms last night and my boyfriend thinks the second was dry, he also used his finger throughout the night. I have the constant urge to pee, it is burning and stinging constantly and when i pee, and im seeing a little blood. I have had UTIs before but I dont remember being this uncomfortable when Ive had them before. I think I have a UTI but im not sure if maybe its a vaginal tear because the blood looks like tissue from my vaginal like I get during my period. Please help
