How Can penile Bleeding After Intercourse Be Treated?

Hello, me and my partner was trying protected anal intercorse but during that the condom failed, I was in there for nolonger than a minute before noticing but when I noticed I also seen a bit of blood on my penis. I tried cleaning with bleach and now there s a red spot that s really sensitive on the tip. I need help and is there any concerns? My partner claims to be hiv- and so am I. Should I be concerned?

Yes, it is definitely to be concerned.
You had anal intercourse with a history of broken condom. The time duration does not matter much. Just a contact is enough to contract the virus. Moreover your partner has HIV. Bleeding per penis increases your risk. Red spot over the penis could be due to the injury during intercourse or due to the application of the bleach. All the exposures are not infectious. But at the same time, it is better to rule out HIV through appropriate HIV test 12 weeks after the exposure. You can relax if it comes nonreactive.
