I have been having dizziness when lying down at night and noticed that recently when turning my head quickly it causes my to be dizzy. I went in to doctor about 2 weeks ago and said no flood in ears, but thought it might be allergy s. This has just started about 3 weeks ago and hasn t really went away. Worried it could be the caroded artery. Family history - Mom and 3 aunts. Not sure what to make of it.
it can be postural hypotention which can be checked by measuring bp in different posture. refraction can be done it appears involvment of pons which is giving ataxia. consult neurologist for examination and advise on diagnosis and treatment.
