How Can severe Numbness In The Legs Be Treated?

I been suffering from numbness in both legs. Each time my legs get warm either is workout or hot bath I lose sensation in them and feel only pins and needles or nothing at all. My results are ok. Blood tests returned fine and MRI scan of my back is also ok. What is going on with me. Please help me

it can be peripheral neuritis for that exclude diabetes and avoid taking tobacco and smoking. itis can be diabetic neuropathy or tobacco induced neuropathy. any way it is neurological problem so can consult neurologist for examination and diagnosis.
