How Can LBBB Be Treated?

I was diagnosed many years ago with a LBBB (idiopathic) and a 45% ejection fraction. I take 12.5 mg Coreg twice a day and feel fine. Nothing has really changed. Are there any new developments on the horizon that would allow me to stop taking medications?

Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Most of the LBBB require no treatment. Consult your treating cardiologist for further treatment.
If it’s symptomatic some electro physiological studies may be needed.
Thanks
