How Can UTI Along With Cramps In The Uterus Be Treated?

hello im a 54 year old woman that has been with chronic uti`s kidney infections , been septic 2 x almost lost left kidney , now i am blowing air from urethra almost like alka seltzer bubbling that new and i have a hole next to my urtis very painful cramps in uterus feel yucky getting a syno tomorrow gyno . i feel its fistula she also wants a biopsy, been in pain so long how long does this take?

Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. You problem is a little bit complicated. You need to cure the UTI with the antibiotic that comes out from an uroculture and antibiograma. Also taking the antibiotics will cure the infection in reproductive system since the infection comes from comunicating fistula between urinary vesicle and uterus. The deffinitive cure of fistule is surgery to close it. Also biopsie needs to be done. Hope my answer was helpful.Best regards.
