How Can A Bicornuate Uterus With Fallopian Tube Blockage Be Treated?

I am a 28 yrs old married women, dont have children, i have some problem with my uterus, the result says i have biocarnate uterus and did HSG in that it shows that my left tube is blocked... and dotor said i can keep on trying and can conceive with only right tube... but still am not getting pregant. can you please advice me
