Had a chalizion on upper lid for 4 months. Had first I&D six weeks in. Could see it was going to remain after a few days. Had second surgery a week ago. Been on doxycycline, flaxseed oil, do eye lid scrubs twice daily, warm compresses not faithfully, and massages. Still won't give and go away. Have had two in the past and within 24 hrs they looked amazing however not the case here. Dr says with each I&D that he is getting lots of stuff out and doing aggressive scraping. Not sure what to do but do know I'm done dealing with this. Thoughts
it is only surgery by incising and scooping out of containt.so that it will be cured to some extent. apply neosporine eye ointment and give pressure bandage
