How Can A Deep Masculine Voice Be Obtained?

Hi, I'm just looking for some advice. I'm 23. During puberty my voice began to break like normal, squeaky to deep. But then it just stayed squeaky. A few years on, I still sound like a female, especially over the phone. What can I do!? I don't want a Barry White voice but I wanna sound like a 23year old guy should, not a 19 year old girl!
