How Can A Penis Glans Lump Be Treated?

I have a weird bump on the shaft of my penis near the head, it's not exposed normally, just when skin is taught or erect. It looks like a piece of vein, and it kind of feels like that. It's feels almost like something broke off in there I didn't know I had. I feel no pain from it, I just noticed a few days ago.
