How Can A Throat Lump, Migraine And Facial Pain Be Treated?

I'm female, 56. I have a rather enlarge lump on my throat (similar to the male adams apple, maybe larger and sometimes purple) what kind of doctor would I see? Is this dangerous? My other concern is that I take 3 medications for migraines (Fiorciet, Lortab, and Midrin (generic) I'm tired of so many medications and they don't work that well, how do I go about asking my doctor to change it to only one prescription of Percocet 5mg (which makes the pain go away for 6 hours). And my last one is that I have facial pain that starts on my left cheek, the pain travels to the top of my head to the back of my neck and into my chest. It's extremely painful what could this be? The dentist and I are working o it, going to consult my chiropractic doctor, Just curious what kind of doctor could help me on this concern Thank you for any help you can provide me. Donna
