Pelvic scan report The. Uterus. Is anteverted, non gravid, normal in size, measuring about 64mm* 41mm longitudinal and AP diameter respectively. The uterine echopattern is homogenous, no myoma noted. No cystic structure seen. No intra or extra uterine gestational sac seen. The endometrical plate is noted. Both ovaries and adnexae are normal. Pouch of douglas is moderately filled with fluid.
