How Can Arms, Legs And Thigh Pain Be Treated?

I'm almost sure I'm probably wasting you're time so for that I'm sorry.Also I'm not fantastic with words so I'll try to be as accurate as possible. A few times a day, or atleast once a day most days, I get small localised pain on my arms and legs, about an inch or so wide, sometimes it'll be on my right upper arm, others on my left wrist/Right thigh/Right calf ect. But only ever one at a time. I'm sure it's probably nothing but it hurts enough that it keeps me awake and makes me change the way I'm sitting/walking ect.
