How Can Back Muscles, Spine, Buttocks And Leg Pain Be Treated?

I am a 28 year old female, weigh 120 lbs and am 5ft, 7in tall. I am taking Wellbutrin (50mg/day) as and antidepressant and Trileptal (300mg, 2x/day) as a mood stabilizer. I have been taking the Trileptal for over a year and the Wellbutrin for about 6 months. Physically, aside from the occasional flu, I have a clean medical history. For two days now, I have had intense pain in my lower back muscles and spine, the pain also shoots down my buttocks and the entirety of both legs. The pain sometimes feels like dull aching, sometimes intense cramps and occasionally a shooting pain. The skin all over my midsection and lower back is very sore to the touch. Other symptoms: temperature is slightly higher than normal (99 degrees f), slight headache and it hurts to look down as it increases the pain down through my back and buttocks. Any thoughts??
