Hello
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com

There are different types of hematoma conditions which can be epidural, subdural, subarachnoid or others and the management of each differs according to the clinical presentation of the patient.

I would recommend to consult in follow up with all symptoms of your husband with MRI scans as an attachment for precise guidelines.

Hope this information will help you.
Do not hesitate to ask further doubts.
