Hello, i am collins and i need help. I went to play basketball and i was crashed in my thigh with a friends knee. Its been over 4 weeks now but the muscle at the affected area has become very hard now and can feel it when i touch it. I find it difficult to sit, kneel, squat, or fold my leg. Hi,

Most probably there will be a tendon or ligament involvement.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done.
