Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The levels of liver enzymes indicated by you are showing 3 fold increase above normal, which indicates there is some amount of hepatocellular dysfunction. However, if your bilirubin level is normal, then you need not worry much about the higher levels of these enzymes. Liver enzymes takes a longer duration of about 3 months to be back to normal after the normal function of liver is restored. You can undertake an ultrasound scan of abdomen and consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
