How Can Excessive Hair Loss Be Treated?

I had hiatal hernia surgery in May. I had a second surgery 5 days later for a bleeder in my stomach. I was in the hospital 7 weeks. After that I went to rehab for 7 more weeks. After I came home, my hair started falling out. Right now I am almost bald. I am taking 10mg of warfarin each day. This drug was increased when I came home. HELP!!!!!
