How Can Finger Pain With A Fracture, Swelling And Bruising Be Treated?

hi i caught my ring finger while saving the soccer ball it twisted ,and i went to docter ,told me nothing wrong ,a year later still getting pain went bak and they found a fracture ath the bend of the knuckle ,and gave me cortizon injection ,, still its swollen and painfull and bruised looking? can you help
