How Can Foreskin Cuts Causing Pain Be Treated?

I am 20 years old uncircumsized, i have a few cuts on my foreskin that hurt and i want to know if this is because my girlfriend and i are having to much sex, and what can i do about it, and if i should consult a doctor. This has happend before but the cuts weren't that bad, and now it has gotten worse.
