How Can Lower Abdominal Pain Since A Caesarian Section Be Treated?

Hi I have had two c-sections, one in 2005, one in 2007. I have been exeriencing pain on my left side now since the last one. it's not 24/7 seems to happen first few days of my period, the pain is hard to pinpoint its inside feels aound my lower bowels. I have had an ultrasound for this nothing was found. The pain is so bad, the i cannot move to well, feel like puking the pain is so bad sometimes, it\s there when i cough sometimes, or when i lay on my left side. Today has been the worst so far. I would appreciate some answers, what other tests could a doc do in order to find out the cause of pain?? I can't live like this. Thanks
