How Can Osteoporosis Be Treated?

I have osteoporosis 9days ago I over stretched into a container to find somthing and pull it out . I hurt my rib under my left breast ,it s still hurts ,when I try to get up on a morning, or bend down . I am still very much a where of it .I made an appointment to see doctor and then cancelled it .is am 79yrs what do you think l should do .Thank you

So better to follow these steps for quick recovery.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
5. Take simple painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1-2 weeks.
