How Can Rough Internal Skin Of The Cheeks Be Treated?

Hi, I am having a problem with my internal skin of my chicks, since last 2-3 years. It remains rough (not as plain as remaining part), in the form of patches, not full chick. Some time, these disappear partially & temporarily, when I use KANALOG CREAM, an Orabase Ointment. But I want these to be completely disappear. Please help out. Regards... Engineer M. Sohail
