Hello,

Pain abdomen around the umbilicus may be small bowel Infection or bladder problem or cystitis. Pain may induce nausea or vomiting. Small bowel infection may be the reason for nausea or vomiting.

Get stool culture and microscopy. Use tablet Ofloxacin Ornidazole twice a day if you're not allergic to it. Use tablet Ondansetron twice a day for five days.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
