How Can Severe Pain In The Chest And Pressure In The Head Be Treated?

Hi doc my name is andy and have a severe pain on the hand side of my chest which is effecting my back also its so severe that i have a heavy pressure in my head and have been to numours dockter i hardly sleep at night and if i do i have to sleep staight in a chair its been six months now

The severity of pain in chest and head pressure indicate definite issue of respiratory system with anxiety manifestations. The chest pain can be due to underlying bronchitis, rib inflammation pneumonia, or else.

The X-ray chest and basic parameters evaluation as BP, blood sugar are primary steps to proceed for the diagnosis and then comes the management part ahead.
