Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hepatitis A is a transient infection and will resolve completely in couple of weeks. The enzymes will return to normal in a week or two. It doesn’t cause any residual damage to kidney or liver. You can do an ultrasound and LFT for reassurance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
